Cleaning up a backlog used to mean editing ideas one at a time, and duplicates could only be fixed by deleting one and losing everything attached to it. Now you can select multiple ideas at once and move, merge, or archive them together.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Bulk select: Select multiple ideas from a single product view or across All Products.
• Move ideas: Move one or more ideas, along with their signals, to a different product.
• Merge duplicate ideas: Merge two or more ideas into one and choose which idea survives. Signals, keywords, and initiative links from the others carry over automatically, so no evidence is lost.
• Bulk archive, delete, and status changes: Archive, delete, or update the status of multiple ideas at once, across one or more products.
