RESEARCH PARTICIPANT TERMS OF USE

These Research Participant Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in research activities conducted through the ProductPlan platform operated by ProductPlan, LLC ("ProductPlan," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in a research session, you agree to these Terms.

1. What This Covers

These Terms apply when you participate in research activities through our platform, including surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions. The company that invited you to participate (the "Research Sponsor") is using our platform to collect your feedback. These Terms govern your relationship with ProductPlan as the platform operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By participating, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. AI-Powered Research

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to conduct and moderate research sessions. This means:

(a) You may interact with an AI moderator rather than a human researcher.

(b) Your responses may be processed, summarized, and analyzed using AI.

(c) AI-generated summaries and insights may be shared with the Research Sponsor.

4. Information We Collect

When you participate in research, we may collect: your name and contact information; your responses to research questions; information from your professional profile (such as LinkedIn) if you were recruited through such platforms; and technical information such as device type and session timestamps. 5. How Your Information Is Used

Your responses will be shared with the Research Sponsor who invited you to participate. The Research Sponsor may use your feedback for product development, market research, and business planning purposes. ProductPlan will not sell your personal information or use it to contact you for unrelated purposes without your consent.

6. Your Rights

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by closing your browser or contacting us at compliance@productplan.com Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. 7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Incentives

If the Research Sponsor offers compensation or incentives for participation, the terms and fulfillment of such incentives are solely between you and the Research Sponsor. ProductPlan is not responsible for any incentive-related disputes.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPATION WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, COMPENSATION, OR OPPORTUNITY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTPLAN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN RESEARCH ACTIVITIES.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
