LYT is an intelligent transportation systems provider using AI and machine learning algorithms to optimize the flow of traffic for transit, emergency, and snow vehicles. Chief Product Officer at LYT Nicole Leonard recognized that not having a centralized product lifecycle management tool imposed constraints on her product team. Manually creating roadmap views for different audiences would have been time-consuming. Additionally, ideas lived in various places, making them difficult to track.
Solution
At a previous organization, Nicole had selected ProductPlan as the ideal solution based on its match with her 35+ ‘must-have’ criteria for a product management tool.
