This week, that changes. Each product in your account now has its own dedicated workspace inside Product Intelligence. Your research stays organized. Your AI context stays accurate. Every team stays focused on the product they own.

A workspace for every product
When you open Product Intelligence, you'll see a new product switcher in the left nav. From there, you can move between workspaces, search the full list, favorite the ones you use most, or pull back to an All Products view that shows everything at once. Your selection persists across sessions, so the next time you log in, you land right where you left off.
Setup takes seconds. Give a product a name and a URL, and ProductPlan analyzes the site to build a product-specific context layer that powers AI across Product Intelligence. From that moment on, surveys created inside the workspace inherit that context automatically. No more entering it per survey. One setup. Clean defaults. No retroactive cleanup.
What this unlocks: PMs see only their own product's research without scrolling past other teams' work. Product leaders get clean per-product views and a full portfolio view in the same surface. Admins set up new products in seconds, with the AI context already in place.
A foundation, not a feature
The deeper reason this matters is what it enables next.
We're building Product Intelligence to be an always-on layer that tells you what to build, validates that you're building the right thing, and connects every decision to evidence. That intelligence is only as good as the data behind it. If a recommendation is built on mixed context, the recommendation is wrong. If an AI agent is searching across every team's research, it can't find the signal in the noise.
Product workspaces fix that. They give every future capability the structural grounding it needs to be useful: a clean, scoped, product-specific context from the moment data comes in.
What's coming
The next wave of Product Intelligence capabilities builds directly on this foundation:
- Knowledge Base. Upload customer calls and let ProductPlan pull out the signals that matter — quotes, pain points, and the evidence behind every product decision, organized by product from the moment they come in.
- Product Research Agent. Ask open-ended questions across all of your Product Intelligence data and get answers grounded in your product's specific context.
- Intelligent Personas. Personas powered by your actual research data, not invented from a template.
- Re-imagined Ideas Experience. Ideas surfaced and prioritized using signals from across Product Intelligence.
Each of these is more useful in a product-scoped workspace than it would be in a shared one. That's the whole point.
Already using Research Surveys?
If you had surveys in Product Intelligence before this update, they were automatically migrated. A workspace was created for each distinct product already associated with your surveys, and each survey was assigned to its matching workspace. Your work is exactly where it should be.
A cleaner Product Intelligence overall
Alongside Product Segmentation, you'll notice some refreshed navigation. The look is modernized, profile and logout are condensed into a single menu, and the global search field has been removed in favor of the new product switcher. Same product, cleaner surface.
The strategic portfolio just became a workspace earlier this week. Now Product Intelligence is organized the same way: by product, with the right context in the right place. The direction is the same across both: less time spent finding what's yours, more time spent doing the work.
