What are webhooks?
Webhooks are a powerful mechanism that enable real-time communication between different platforms and applications. They allow you to subscribe to specific events occurring within a platform and receive immediate notifications with related data whenever those events take place. Webhooks only need to be created a single time, and the subscription will do the rest of the delivery work for you. This keeps downstream systems in alignment with ProductPlan.
How does it work with ProductPlan?
This release focuses on bar events. Customers will now be able to set up subscriptions to webhooks when a bar or container in our system is created, updated and/or deleted.
Multiple subscriptions can be created and managed as desired. This includes temporarily turning a webhook subscription off as needed.
