What are multi-select custom fields?
ProductPlan customers will now have access to a new, multi-select custom field type at both the account and team level. Multi-select custom fields allow you to further standardize and organize information across your roadmaps and portfolios. These fields allow stakeholders to understand critical information about work being done by teams across the organization.
How does it work?
Multi-select fields are now an essential part of the roadmap taxonomy. These fields act as a cross between custom dropdown fields and tags. Similar to custom dropdowns, the fields will be standardized. Like tags, editors will have the option to associate multiple fields with a single bar/container.
Creating multi-select fields can be done under Account (gear icon) and the Standardize tab. From here, an Account Admin will be able to create the desired multi-select custom fields. Team Admins will also have the permission to create multi-select fields for their teams.
Once saved, custom multi-select fields will need to be added for use on a per roadmap/portfolio basis. This will be done under Settings and Fields.

We now support Microsoft Entra as an authentication method. Entra support for our integration will let you use your preexisting Entra ID to grant our application the necessary access to your ADO instance.
