Editing a Launch Owner and Receiving Notifications

We are happy to introduce two enhancements this week that will further align teams by communicating important launch information.

Editing a Launch Owner

To build upon our release from last week, you can edit or remove a launch owner from the About the Launch section within Launch Management.

By default, the launch creator is the launch owner. The owner can be updated to a different user or removed altogether. This will help you to identify a point of contact for a specific launch within your company.

Notifications

Currently, you receive an email notification when a task is assigned to you within a launch checklist. Today, we are adding two additional email notifications. 

  • The first will be sent to the task owner 7 days before a task is due.
  • The second will be sent to the task owner on the day a task is due. 

These notifications are a great way for you to keep your launch on track and save time.
