Jessica spent her career in customer-centric environments. She understands the value of putting the consumer first -- listening to and incorporating consumer, shopper, employee, and end-user feedback and insights to strengthen a product proposition, drive innovation choices, and increase brand loyalty. She has done this in the traditional contexts of U.S. consumer product brand management. She also pursued it abroad, consulting and marketing in China-based B2B product and service organizations.
