Microsoft ADO Multi-Instance Support

Feature Overview

As organizations scale, many large enterprises operate multiple Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) instances to manage different business units, product lines, or large volumes of projects. Customers can now authenticate and integrate with two or more separate ADO instances simultaneously within our platform, creating a seamless way to manage work from multiple ADO environments within a single workspace. This update improves visibility and cross-instance collaboration, and removes the need for workarounds such as manually duplicating data.

What’s Included

  • Ability to authenticate with and connect to two or more separate ADO instances simultaneously
  • Support for importing and syncing work items from multiple ADO instances across different roadmaps
  • Each instance maintains independent authentication, ensuring security and control will reflect that individual user’s permissions
  • Improved visibility into cross-instance work streams for better portfolio management

Visit the Azure DevOps Integration page in our Support Center for setup instructions and more information.
