Upgrading, Downgrading or Canceling Your Account
If you have an individual subscription, you can cancel your plan from the Change Your Plan section.
If you have a team subscription, you can cancel or downgrade your plan by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling us directly at (805) 618-2975.
To view your current subscription details and billing term, visit your Account Settings page.
From the menu on the left of your Account Settings page, you can:
- Change Your Plan
- Update Your Credit Card
- View Billing History
To cancel your plan, go to the “Change Your Plan” section and click the “Cancel Your Plan” link at the bottom of the page:
